In 2003, the US Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron, the Blue Angels were welcomed to Millville. We are delighted to welcome them back in 2007 at the 2007 Wheels & Wings Airshow and Car Show at the Millville Airport in Millville, NJ on 26-27 May 2007. Many of the performers for the 2007 event will be first time performers at the Millville Airshow. They are some of the very best aerobatic performers in the world today. We also have a great variety of vintage aircraft scheduled for this year's event as well. Our featured civilian performers include Greg Poe in the "Ethanol Kicks Gas" MX-2 sponsored by Fagen. This all ethanol powered MX-2 is at the cutting edge of aviation technology and Greg Poe is one of the best aerobatic pilots in the world today. We also have Tim Weber in them Geico Extra 300. The Red Eagle Air Sports team, sponsored by PPG, will also be in attendance. Flying two Eagle Talon aircraft with formation and solo aerobatics throughout their routine, the Millville event will be their very first in New Jersey. Rob Holland in his Ultimate II will also be providing an aerial demonstration during the afternoon. Jet demonstrations will include Don "Beetle" Bailey in his L-29C Delphin and Allen Smith in his L-39C Albatross. The United States Air Force's F-15C Eagle Demonstration team from Eglin AFB, FL will also be in attendance. Mr. Jim Beasley Jr. will be joining the Eagle in the USAF Heritage Flight Program in the afternoon with his P-51C Mustang. Our warbird display will include THREE B-25J Mitchells for 2007 as well as a P-51 Mustang, P-47 Thunderbolt, TBM Avenger, F4U Corsair, P-40 Warhawk, and a C-54 Skymaster. The FAA William J Hughes Technical Center will be in attendance again this year with their Convair, KingAir, and LearJet. The FAA will also be providing their FAA High Performance Firetruck Demonstration for static display and demonstration. Along with well over 1000 classic cars, hot rods, and race cars expected in attendance, we welcome everyone to the Millville Airport over Memorial Day Weekend for this great Millville Army Air Field Museum event.
